About
George M. Lobman
As the founder of GML Consulting, LLC, George brings more than 40 years of engineering experience to the business. George retired from the State of New Jersey Department of Transportation in after 33 years. Following his time in public service he served as the Vice President of DMJM Harris. From there, George became Vice President of AECOM until August of 2018. From 2018 through October of 2026, George served as the Executive Director of the NJ Utility and Transportation Contractors Association where he advocated for the interests of private highway contractors and mediated disputes between the contractors and their state counterparts.Â

George further serves as an AAA accredited arbitrator mediating disputes between contractors and subcontractors.Â

George resides in Ocean County with his wife of 35 years, Cindy, and their two Great Danes, Callie and Willow.Â

George is also the proud father of his 5 children Denise, Michael, Natalie, Gianna and Christopher, and his three grandchildren. George enjoys watching football, playing golf, and taking family vacations to Disney World.Â
